What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver training programs targeting new hire orientation, product training, and sales skills
- Tailor training content based on individual customer needs and feedback
- Provide advice and support to internal customers on processes and products
- Understand and analyze merchant statements and pricing initiatives
- Create coaching plans to enhance sales engagement and performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Payroll, business insurance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales or sales training, preferably in payroll or B2B sales
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B payroll environments
- Proven success in sales with a solid track record
- Intermediate analytical ability to support company products and services
