What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile payroll data and billing records, assisting customers and worksite employees
- Prepare and execute pay orders accurately through electronic systems
- Record changes affecting net wages and maintain client information in the payroll system
- Train and assist clients on related websites and educate them on tax regulations and labor laws
- Collaborate with internal departments and client service teams to resolve client issues promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ months of PEO experience
- Prism experience
- 10key experience
- FPC Certification
