What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit employee time and labor data and resolve discrepancies
- Process payroll in a multi-state corporate environment
- Ensure accuracy of federal, state, and local taxes, social security contributions, and other deductions
- Balance payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with payroll tax filings and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of US payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial field
- Strong experience with ADP (WFN) software and MS Office programs
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Canada payroll experience
- Experience with automated timesheets and garnishments
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
