What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee, prepare, and produce accurate and timely payrolls for multiple clients
- Review and validate payroll reports for accuracy, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
- Process employee garnishments and coordinate payroll general ledger processing with accounting
- Input employee changes, maintain deductions, banking information, and employee maintenance items
- Provide service support to employees, other departments, and management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7 or more years' proven experience processing end-to-end payroll
- Prior experience working in a multi-client environment
- Expert knowledge of various payroll systems
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Payroll Professional certification
- Proficient in Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
