      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver timely and accurate bi-weekly payrolls for assigned businesses
      - Ensure accurate computation, preparation, and reconciliation of employee pay and deductions
      - Monitor and update HRIS system with changes such as new hires, terminations, and promotions
      - Prepare documentation for annual and quarterly filings, including EEO-1 compliance
      - Liaise with IMI Divisions to obtain timely and accurate payroll information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - At least 5 years of multi-state payroll experience in a medium to large-sized company, preferably in a manufacturing environment
      - In-depth knowledge of payroll methods, procedures, controls, laws, and regulations
      - Proficient with MS Office Suite and payroll/timekeeping systems
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of detail orientation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) through Payroll Org (optional)
      - Certified Payroll Practitioner (CPP) through Payroll Org (optional)
      - Self-motivated and proactive in staying current with payroll changes
      - Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-critical environment
      - Strong critical thinking skills
