      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process full cycle multi-state payrolls, including maintaining records, filing tax reports, and managing deductions
      - Conduct semi-monthly audits to ensure payroll records are accurate and up to date
      - Administer new hire and termination packets, including I-9 documentation
      - Track and audit employee time-off requests, communicating discrepancies to the Payroll Manager
      - Maintain confidentiality of payroll operations and ensure compliance with payroll regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - 2-4 years of clerical or administrative experience
      - Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Effective oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in Spanish or Japanese is preferred but not required
      - Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processing software
      - Previous experience in payroll administration within a technology-driven environment
