      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for a global workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
      - Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations
      - Perform month-end close responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
      - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align payroll processes with company objectives
      - Monitor and analyze payroll metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPP) is a plus
      - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in payroll, preferably within a fintech or technology-driven company
      - Extensive knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the US and familiarity with payroll operations in India
      - Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing tools and technologies
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
