      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist employees and management with payroll-related questions and concerns
      - Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of timecards and payroll transactions
      - Review payroll documents for compliance with policies and procedures
      - Ensure tax compliance across all local jurisdictions and adherence to wage and hour laws
      - Process off-cycle check payments and assist with special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a Payroll Specialist role
      - Experience processing multi-state payroll for over 5,000 employees
      - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is desired
      - Detailed knowledge of federal and state tax compliance and garnishments
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPP or FPC certification is highly desired
      - Working knowledge of ADP EV5 and Kronos systems
      - Strong customer service skills with internal and external customers
      - Positive work attitude with integrity and ethics that are beyond reproach
