What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer end-to-end payroll processing for employees using UKG Workforce Management and related tools
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, overtime, and benefits
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve payroll-related discrepancies in a timely manner
- Process corrections, adjustments, and retroactive payments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing using UKG Pro, ideally within the healthcare industry
- Extensive experience using UKG Workforce Management solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels
- Strong customer service orientation to handle payroll-related inquiries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required
