  As we grow globally, we are looking to hire 3 Payroll Specialists focused on US and Canadian payrolls. This is a fully remote role in Costa Rica, and will support our North and South American teams. An ideal candidate will have a background with automated payroll systems (SAP is a strong plus) and three plus years of experience with US/Canadian payrolls. Our team is collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset, and this will be a growth opportunity.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • End to end payroll processing US & Canada, ensure employees are paid accurately on time and in compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and systems.
  • Review and verify payroll data, including timekeeping records, earnings and deductions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Employee support- serve as a point of contact for payroll related inquiries.
  • Conduct system audits and reconciliation to identify any discrepancies in payroll data and calculations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  Requirements

  • 3+ years US payroll experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • FPC certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Payroll software proficiency-e.g, SAP Success Factors ECP,ADP SAP Globalview or Workday
  • Familiarity with automated HRIS, Time and absence systems
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel
