What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with personnel asset terminal locations
- Process and enter payroll data accurately
- Coordinate and maintain payroll records for assigned personnel
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, and filing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficient in UKG for payroll processing
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel
- Exceptional customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with fleet services or transportation companies
- Certification in payroll processing
- Knowledge of state and federal payroll regulations
