      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll cycles
      - Monitor compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations across all operating states
      - Track and process prevailing wage rates, fringe benefits, and labor classifications
      - Collaborate with project controllers and managers to resolve timesheet discrepancies
      - Assist with payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and year-end reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Diploma in Payroll, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
      - 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong knowledge of payroll principles and practices, including tax laws and regulations
      - Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Payroll Professional or Fundamental Payroll Certification
      - Experience with multi-state payroll tax reporting
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
