      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 250+ employees and contractors
      - Ensure accurate payroll information for approval by deadlines
      - Process and review timecards within HR/payroll software (Quickbooks) and follow up with managers as needed
      - Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage terminations within payroll software
      - Provide excellent service in addressing payroll-related inquiries from team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with Quickbooks preferred
      - Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills
      - Superior attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines

      - Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained and assist as needed
