      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support bi-weekly payroll processing for U.S. and Canada
      - Manage quarterly tax filing and reconciliation
      - Conduct payroll auditing and compliance reporting
      - Collaborate with Finance and other departments on payroll-related tasks
      - Respond to employee payroll inquiries and process manual payments as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience
      - Proficiency in multi-state and local tax regulations
      - Working knowledge of General Ledger as it relates to payroll
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
      - Experience with Workday Software
      - Strong planning and organization skills
      - Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail
      - Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently
