What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and resolve issues affecting company compliance and legal requirements related to payroll taxes
- Maintain and develop documentation for payroll tax processes and filings
- Assist in tax compliance matters during the acquisition and integration of new companies
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax deposits and returns to avoid penalties
- Interact and coordinate with external auditors and internal reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of payroll tax experience, including multi-state taxation and multi-FEINs
- Knowledge of local, state, federal, and country payroll tax practices and labor laws
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
