What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Maintain and foster relationships by strategically managing accounts to retain and grow the account base
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account management teams, marketing, and clinical teams
- Secure and prepare all necessary data for RFP submissions to gain meaningful client feedback
- Report on competitor knowledge and market trend analysis to executive management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in PBM, Benefit Consulting, TPA, or health plan organization
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various organizational levels
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Experience working with executives, benefit directors, and pharmacy directors
- Proven track record of successful account management and relationship building
- Ability to tailor communication styles to meet client preferences across different platforms
- Experience presenting to various audience sizes with clarity and effectiveness
