      Overview The PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) team is beginning a transformation journey within Workforce Management. We are building a team to support the deployment of new time and attendance platforms as well as new ways of working, to both our Sales and Supply Chain functions. As a Deployment Resource Lead, you will have responsibility for indirectly leading other deployment team members and will have responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the solution deployment. This Deployment Team Lead has responsibility for ensuring all project timelines are met, sharing best practices with other deployment teams, measuring success against Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and driving utilization of the new technologies. Responsibilities Provide indirect leadership to other deployment team members within the deployment pod Serve as the change management lead for assigned sites. Build engagement amongst the teams and ensure all project timelines are met Develop relationships with individual PBNA sites and gain an understanding of current state workforce management processes Utilize site experience and technical knowledge to change site behaviors and transform the way we schedule our frontline associates Attend daily software configuration meetings to act as Voice of the Business for our third party configuration partners Share best practices around technology, training and change management with other deployment leads Measure success against KPIs and build plans to close gaps, where necessary Support sites throughout project duration with emphasis on helping them implement within time and budget Role will engage directly with Senior Leaders in the Sites and Regions, providing support, thought leadership and influence leadership Qualifications BS/BA required Minimum of 5 years work experience Preferred Supply Chain/Sales field experience Experience using Kronos including various modules and Kronos clocks Ability to learn and work with agile delivery methodologies Ability to ideate requirements & design iteratively with business partners with and without formal requirements documentation Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner Self-starter mindset and ability to work independently Travel Percentage: 25% Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000- $135,600 based on a full-time schedule. Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out Annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
