Job Description
- Req#: 20666
- Answering and transferring multiple calls for two properties.
- Running Front Desk and PBX reports.
- Data entry and filing.
- Communicate with other departments clearly and professionally.
- Assist guest with current info/events at the Atlantis and Monarch Casino.
- Take guest request and issues and distribute them to the correct departments.
- Give guest wake-up calls.
- Other duties as assigned my management.
- Must be polite and professional over the phone at all times.
- Must be reliable in regards to attendance and work performance and team work.
- Strong attention to detail and able to retain information.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in HMS, Outlook and HotSOS/Amadeus and is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain a high work performance.
- Ability to give great guest service.
- Ability to be proficient when answering/transferring guest and team member calls.
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures.

Swing Shift position, Hours are 3p-11p
Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
