      As one of our Business Operations Specialists, you’ll operate like a Business Analyst within our Private Client Services (PCS) group and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge in assigned areas and is an experience sole contributor. Our Private Client Services (PCS) group is a small, nimble full-service wealth management and trust company overseeing some $32 billion in assets for discriminating high-net-worth individuals, trusts, foundations and endowments nationwide. You will play a critical role as a subject matter expert for one or more applications, systems or web content areas to ensure systems are accurate, streamlined and effectively used by associates. You will be a self-starter who applies a high degree or rigor, organization and discipline to get things done.

      • You have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience.
      • You’ll help drive business value by providing PCS business support of business as usual and development of new or enhancements to PCS and vendor applications.
      • You’ll partner and coordinate between business and IT groups to participate with the planning, coordination and implementation of system enhancements, releases, and other projects.
      • You’ll leverage your expertise as a business expert and resource to provide onboarding and ongoing education to various business users for PCS applications.
      • You have strong business analytical skills and process design experience.
      • You’ve used data to solve strategic, tactical, structured and unstructured business problems.
      • You are proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of Business Process Management tools
      • You are a Salesforce.com expert, who has extensive experience and knowledge in Salesforce.com and related solutions.
      • You will closely collaborate with business leaders in identifying business process improvements and technology solutions that will meet their business needs and priorities.

      Southern California Base Salary Range: $108,135-$173,016

      In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
