      Your Responsibilities:

      • Gestión de materias primas para la preparación de muestras, control y mantenimiento de stock
      • Preparación de muestras estándares y nuevos desarrollos
      • Análisis físico-químico y sensorial de las muestras preparadas
      • Calibración de equipos

      Within the role you:

      • Preparación de muestras SC1-SC6 en el laboratorio siguiendo los estándares de calidad y el APPCC establecido
      • Gestión de materias primas, realización de pedidos, seguimiento y control.
      • Almacenamiento, supervisión y análisis físico-químico de las materias primas recibidas previo a su uso
      • Análisis físico-químico y sensorial de las bebidas terminadas
      • Ajuste de recetas para cumplir las especificaciones de los productos
      • Etiquetado y coordinación del envío de muestras mediante SAP
      • Creación de Nuevas referencias en el sistema SAP
      • Calibración de equipos
      • Reuniones diarias con el equipo CD&D para la priorización de proyectos
      • Cumplimentación de registros de uso y limpieza de los equipos
      • Registro de materias primas peligrosas
      • Registro de alérgenos
      • Soporte al departamento de ventas en la preparación de muestras
      • Apoyo en los estudios de estabilidad y análisis sensoriales
      • Control de stock y solicitud de compra de material necesario para el funcionamiento del laboratorio de CD&D y preparación de muestras
      • Mantener su puesto de trabajo limpio y en orden

      • Preparación de muestras en tiempo y calidad
      • Participar en la mejora del departamento de CD&D
      • Gestión de envió de muestras estándares en el tiempo establecido
      • Crear un ambiente de trabajo agradable
