      PRIMARY PDS RESPONSIBILITIES

      As a member of the PDS L&D Team, you are expected to demonstrate excellence in the following core performance standards:

      COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION

      I. ROLE OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Development and Implementation of Learning Programs

      • Design and execute high-quality training programs that align with organizational goals
      • Tailor learning solutions to meet diverse employee needs and enhance skills

      Assessment of Training Needs

      • Conduct regular training needs analyses across departments
      • Liaise with managers to understand specific skills gaps and training requirements

      Program Management and Evaluation

      • Oversee the logistics and administration of training programs
      • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics

      Collaborative Partnership

      • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external training providers
      • Facilitate a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

      II. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

      Learning & Development Administration

      • Maintain L&D calendar for all PDS learning events
      • Coordinate technology product events and training sessions
      • Execute all Workday administrative functions including:
        • Attendance tracking and reporting for all sessions
        • Course entry (new courses and updates)
        • Ownership updates and maintenance
        • Monthly reporting on training completions and progress

      Program Support and Leadership

      • Provide backup support for all PDS leadership and career development programs
      • Manage ambassador program (if continued)
      • Support Welcome to PDS program evolution (virtual, in-person, and supplemental learning)
      • Handle all administrative functions for program evolution

      Ingenious Product Ownership

      • Lead deployment, rollouts, and kickoff coordination
      • Coordinate with Ingenious core team for all activities
      • Manage training spotlights and ongoing office hours
      • Facilitate PMO sync meetings and provide regular updates
      • Coordinate training for all waves of markets and accounts per PDS Ingenious core team requirements
      • Track training dates, coordination, and attendance for all events
      • Serve as L&D sponsor for Ingenious Champions program
      • Integrate all aforementioned items into the IC program

      III. KEY STRATEGIES AND ACTIVITIES

      Training Needs Assessment

      • Schedule and conduct interviews and surveys with departmental people experience partners
      • Maintain relevant programmatic data to evaluate success and identify growth opportunities

      Program Design and Delivery

      • Develop curriculum covering essential skills and competencies based on needs assessments
      • Select appropriate instructional methods (online, in-person, blended learning)
      • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create engaging and relevant content

      Resource Management

      • Allocate budget and resources effectively for training initiatives (with guidance from L&D Partner/Director)
      • Utilize existing learning management systems (LMS) for training delivery

      Continuous Improvement

      • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions
      • Maintain documentation of wins and opportunities
      • Regularly update and refine programs based on insights and evaluations
      • Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements during QBRs

      Weekly Performance Checkpoints:

      • Accuracy of deliverables and administrative tasks
      • Timeliness of project milestones and communications
      • Quality of stakeholder interactions and collaboration
      • Proactive identification of opportunities and solutions
      • Progress toward monthly and quarterly goals

      Estimated compensation for this position:

      90,000.00 – 145,000.00 USD per year

      This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
