What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to integrate skills and home exercises into daily routines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teamwork and mentorship while maintaining autonomy in practice
- Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes and deliver best-in-class care
- Engage in professional education planning and continuous learning opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
