      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Implement Peer Support-oriented Treatment Plan interventions with individuals served
      - Provide support, education, and advocacy during service and life transitions
      - Engage individuals in non-directive and supportive relationships to promote empowerment
      - Facilitate Peer Support groups as needed
      - Utilize personal recovery experiences to assist others in their journey

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Must be well along in personal recovery with self-knowledge and habits to support one's health
      - Experience as a recipient of services for individuals with psychiatric conditions preferred
      - Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle
      - Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a driver's screening background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a caregiver of a youth or adult with special needs, preferably with a psychiatric condition
      - Bachelor's degree in a human services field and one year of experience working with children/adolescents/TAY (or adults)
      - Experience in navigating family-serving systems and educating family members involved with these systems
      - Bilingual/bicultural applicants are preferred
