What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide emotional and affiliation support to consumers
- Assist consumers in determining recovery goals and remain engaged in activities
- Facilitate informational support groups using approved curriculum and materials
- Complete all required documentation concurrently and collaboratively
- Safely transport consumers as needed and appropriate

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain Peer Provider Certification within six months of employment
- At least one cumulative year of lived experience in recovery from a substance use disorder or a co-occurring disorder
- Skilled use of Microsoft Office programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in accessing and utilizing mental health and substance use disorder services in a community setting
