      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from a distraction-free private office space
      - Speak with callers over the phone, building rapport and engaging clients
      - Provide available resources or information needed to support callers
      - Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking to assist individuals in crisis
      - Collaborate with team members in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire additional certification as per regulations
      - Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
      - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a focus on personal recovery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in peer support or crisis intervention services
      - Additional certifications in mental health or related fields
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
      - Previous experience in a remote work setting
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line framework
