      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support and connect with callers over the phone
      - Build rapport and engage clients while maintaining HIPAA compliance
      - Offer resources and information to individuals seeking support
      - Remain calm and professional while multitasking and assisting callers
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to obtain necessary certifications
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
      - Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing professional development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in crisis intervention or peer support services
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) or similar organizations
      - Skills in building engaging relationships with diverse populations
      - Training in trauma-informed care or related fields
      - Passion for helping others and promoting recovery and support services
