      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from a private, distraction-free office space
      - Engage with callers over the phone to provide peer support and build rapport
      - Offer available resources or information needed by callers
      - Remain calm and professional while multitasking to support individuals in crisis
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with peers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
      - Current experience as a peer with a commitment to acquiring necessary certifications according to applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to handle confidential information professionally
      - Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
      - Additional certifications related to mental health or peer support services
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations
      - Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
