      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with callers over the phone to provide peer support and connect with individuals in need
      - Build rapport and foster client engagement while maintaining a professional demeanor
      - Offer available resources and information to callers seeking support
      - Ensure HIPAA compliance while working from a distraction-free private office space
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with fellow Peer Support Specialists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to handle confidential information professionally
      - Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing professional development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or similar peer support roles
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) or similar services
      - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
      - Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
