      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support to callers, connecting with individuals in need over the phone
      - Build rapport and engage clients while providing necessary resources and information
      - Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while multitasking to support callers
      - Work within a structured environment, participating in ongoing meetings and training
      - Handle confidential information with professionalism and commitment to recovery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
      - Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a peer support role or crisis intervention
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) or similar services
      - Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
      - Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing professional development
      - Experience working in a remote work environment
