      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with callers over the phone, connecting with individuals seeking support
      - Build rapport and foster client engagement while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
      - Provide callers with available resources and information they may need
      - Maintain HIPAA compliance and work in a distraction-free private office space
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with fellow Peer Support Specialists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to handle confidential information professionally
      - Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing professional development

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
      - Familiarity with resources available for individuals seeking mental health support
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals
      - Previous experience working in a structured team environment
      - Willingness to work holidays and weekends
