      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with callers over the phone, providing peer support and building rapport
      - Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from home in a private office space
      - Provide resources and information needed to callers seeking support
      - Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking and supporting callers
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with fellow Peer Support Specialists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certifications
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
      - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a continued commitment to personal recovery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a peer support role or crisis intervention services
      - Additional relevant certifications beyond the minimum requirements
      - Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line (NMCAL) or similar services
      - Experience in building rapport and engaging with diverse populations
      - Strong communication skills and ability to share lived experiences effectively
