      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide peer support over the phone while maintaining HIPAA compliance
      - Build rapport and engage with callers seeking support
      - Offer available resources and information needed for callers
      - Remain calm and professional while multitasking to support callers
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Accepted certifications including CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire certification as per applicable laws and regulations
      - Commitment to personal recovery and handling confidential information professionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in crisis intervention or peer support services
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
      - Previous experience in a structured team environment
