      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Provide peer support over the phone, connecting with individuals in need
      - Build rapport with callers and engage them in meaningful conversations
      - Offer available resources or information to callers seeking assistance
      - Maintain HIPAA compliance while working in a private, distraction-free office space
      - Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with fellow specialists

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
      - Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire necessary certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
      - Ability to remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a support role
      - Commitment to personal recovery and handling confidential information responsibly

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Previous experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
      - Additional certifications related to peer support or mental health services
