What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with the supervisor regarding duties and assignments for each shift
- Provide customer-friendly services and engage individuals in an empathic manner
- Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with individuals served
- Respond promptly to all service requests and referrals
- Identify the needs of the individuals served and communicate respect for them

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in education, counseling, or healthcare field preferred
- May be substituted with five (5) years of lived experience in the New York State public school system
- Must possess a valid driver's license or alternate means of transportation
- Must be available to work some evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated ability to use a computer and work independently as well as part of a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Counseling experience or training preferred
