      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with supervisor regarding duties and assignments for each shift
      - Provide person-centered and culturally competent services to individuals contacting the Call Center
      - Offer peer support and appropriate referrals to callers
      - Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with individuals served
      - Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in education, counseling, or healthcare field preferred
      - Five (5) years of lived experience in the New York State public school system may substitute for a degree
      - Must possess a valid driver's license or alternate means of transportation
      - Availability to work some evenings and weekends
      - Demonstrated ability to use a computer and work independently
      - Ability to work as a member of a team

      - Some counseling experience or training preferred
