      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Log in to helpline applications and accept incoming calls, chats, and texts
      - Support callers in developing coping skills and wellness plans
      - Connect callers to the MiCAL crisis line as needed
      - Provide information on various resources, such as shelters and mental health services
      - Document each interaction while on call and maintain confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Permanent year-round Michigan residency
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
      - MDHHS Certified Peer Support Specialist
      - Minimum of 1 year of paid work experience as an MDHHS Peer Support Specialist
      - Access to high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant office space

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a non-profit or crisis intervention setting
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Familiarity with mental health resources and community services
