      Job summary

      Outpatient Network are looking for a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to work with us in our Urogynaecology insourcing pathway for a trust on the South Coast.

      Main duties of the job

    • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

    • Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team in outpatient, community, and/or inpatient settings.

    • Educate patients and carers on self-management strategies and preventative care.

    • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and audit.

      Job responsibilities

      We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with pelvic health conditions, including urinary and faecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and antenatal/postnatal issues.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

      • Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team in outpatient, community, and/or inpatient settings.

      • Educate patients and carers on self-management strategies and preventative care.

      • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development and audit.

      Requirements:

      • HCPC registration as a Chartered Physiotherapist.

      • Postgraduate experience in pelvic health physiotherapy (or a strong interest and willingness to undertake training).

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Commitment to continued professional development.
