      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement
      - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics and KPIs
      - Conduct workforce analytics to support talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies
      - Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to provide actionable insights
      - Assist in the creation of predictive models for workforce planning and talent management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience as a Workday HCM analyst in a related industry
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or equivalent work experience
      - Excellent customer focus and relationship-building skills
      - Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret data effectively
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active member in Workday community and/or relevant Workday user groups
      - Exceptional ability to improve HRIS processes and provide technical support
      - Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders
