      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, consolidate, and analyze HR data from various sources for accuracy and reliability
      - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to translate data into actionable insights
      - Conduct detailed analyses on workforce trends, engagement, and retention for informed decision-making
      - Build forecasting models and "what-if" analyses to support strategic HR initiatives
      - Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful data-driven recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a related analytical field
      - Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years in HR analytics or workforce insights
      - Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
      - Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, or Discovery Boards
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with database querying or statistical tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Visier is preferred
      - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with high attention to detail
      - Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences
      - Project management capability, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
      - Commitment to confidentiality, data security, and ethical data use
