      One of our companies is currently looking for a People Analytics Analyst in the United States.

      This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of people data by building scalable reporting and analytics solutions that empower employee growth and strategic decision-making. As a People Analytics Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting HR programs, surfacing insights from large datasets, and delivering actionable reporting to business leaders. You'll partner with teams across the organization to provide data solutions that drive performance, equity, and engagement.       Accountabilities:
      • Deliver analysis for core People programs including performance reviews, employee surveys, and promotions.
      • Design and manage scalable dashboards and data products for HR and business leaders.
      • Serve as a go-to advisor for People Teams on self-service data access and reporting best practices.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover trends and insights that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
      • Develop and maintain robust datasets and data pipelines that ensure high-quality reporting and decision-making.
      • Support strategic HR initiatives with analytics that drive workforce planning and organizational health.

      Requirements
      • 5+ years of experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred).
      • 5+ years of experience in Excel or Google Sheets for analytics and reporting.
      • 2+ years of hands-on experience using SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
      • Previous experience in People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or related HR data roles.
      • Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable solutions.
      • Strong understanding of data pipelines, warehousing, and ETL processes.
      • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
      • A strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
