We are looking for an experienced professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors HR reporting capabilities to join our People Analytics and Technology team. The outcomes you lead can fundamentally change and reinvent the future of successful workforce analytics in a modern, digital environment!
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Draw upon your expertise and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting, HR data, analysis, and visualizations to develop reporting solutions supporting multiple SuccessFactors modules
- Consult multiple stakeholders to shape our strategy and processes to support HR analytics and insights needed for SAP SuccessFactors users
- Utilize your stellar interpersonal and communication skills to influence key partners and communicate key progress
The initial scope will include:
- Lead our Employee Central implementation reporting workstream – review and pilot delivered reporting capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors (Reporting Stories, Workforce Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), etc.) for Employee Central end users
- Build understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model, reconcile documentation and term harmonization with HR Data Governance
- Reconcile and align in-application and offline reporting deliverables with a focus on holistic user experience for key HR reporting, analytics, and insight personas
- Coaching end users. Devise a strategy and appropriate training in partnership with the change management teams to support data literacy and increase self-service reporting
Longer term scope:
- Holistically manage to report deliverables (reports, stories, pop-up insights, dashboards, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors eco-system

- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data model across multiple modules (Employee Central, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, etc.)
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors role-based-permissions (RBP) model and impact on reporting deliverables
- Experience managing delivered reporting content in SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience with customer journey, persona development, user stories and gathering requirements for reporting deliverables
- Excellent consulting and communication skills (written and oral) - Excels in a virtual workplace across multiple time zones and countries
- Delivered reporting/analytics for HR organizations
- Experience visualizing reporting deliverables
- Experience with using a variety of software tools/solutions (ex. SQL, Business Objects (BOBJ), WebFOCUS/FOCUS, R, Python, Alteryx, etc.)
- SAP People Analytics Suite Overview certification
- Passion for supporting change in process, data, and reporting/analytics
