What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using people data
- Own query and data validation processes to ensure reliable and accurate reporting
- Conduct custom analyses to inform people and talent strategy, including workforce trends and retention modeling
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance understanding and use of people data for decision-making
- Act as backup for benefits and compensation teams, assisting with 401k submissions and open enrollment processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field in data analytics
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in benefits and data analytics
- 3+ years working in an analytic capacity with data modeling for compensation and benefits
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Workday, etc.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data repositories using Prism and/or Microsoft Access
- Familiarity with benefits and compensation analysis
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
