Job Description

- Advises company managers on HR policies and procedures in the company and their implementation;
- Provides expertise, consultation and mediation to managers/supervisors as regards labor law compliance and self-service
- Provide HR services and HR consultation to all employees and help to resolve different problems;
- Drive HR operations self-service agenda
- Provide decision support through HR metrics
- Overseeing HRIS maintenance and utilizing HR technology to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Leading and mentoring HR operations teams ensuring effectiveness and productivity
- A solid HR administration background with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience
- People management experience 1-2 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Greek legislation/labor laws pertaining to the successful processing of the administrative requirements
- Experience with HR systems – Service Now, Workday
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Desire to learn and develop in a dynamic work environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Very good Excel skills

How you will contribute
As an HR Operations Team Lead you will be paving the digital footprint of employee-related solutions, taking a significant step towards the future of our organizational processes.
You will be responsible for a team of HR specialists, siting in different locations across Greece and you will closely collaborate with the business to implement efficient business processes, ensuring optimal levels of standardization, harmonization, and integration across the organization. You will plan for and make sure that daily activities are completed, and implement and monitor quality standards for your team, including reviewing and adjusting key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement. You will also monitor, analyze and improve team performance to improve customer satisfaction.
