What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage background checks by following up on pending checks and maintaining relationships with recruiting partners
- Oversee contingent worker onboarding processes, including collecting information and coordinating start dates
- Handle offboarding and transitions, ensuring contract status is verified and systems are updated
- Process conversions and status changes for employees and manage vendor communications
- Provide administrative support, including ticket management and documentation maintenance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent professional judgment in managing time-sensitive processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Capability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing a great experience for internal teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in People Operations or Human Resources
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach
