What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Coordinate team engagement activities to boost morale across all teams
- Utilize data from employee surveys and interviews to enhance the employee experience
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate team positions
- Conduct new hire orientation and oversee the offboarding process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 - 5 years of experience in human resources or office management with a focus on employee experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong understanding of general human resources policies and employment/labor laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM or HRCI certification
- Prior startup or remote work experience
- Demonstrated creativity in developing people-focused programs
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and team members
