What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and elevate the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
- Manage and enhance benefits offerings to align with regulations and employee needs
- Ensure compliance with employment and data privacy regulations in the U.S. and Costa Rica
- Safeguard payroll accuracy by submitting timely and accurate payroll inputs
- Optimize processes and leverage technology to improve People Operations efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle execution, benefits administration, and compliance processes
- Strong attention to detail and operational rigor in managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with HR systems and data management
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment

- Experience with AI-enabled tools and systems in HR operations
- Background in payroll and benefits management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the U.S. and Costa Rica
