      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the first point of contact for People-related inquiries across the organization
      - Co-own People Operations issues from diagnosis to resolution, ensuring proper documentation and closure
      - Maintain and manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
      - Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and create self-service resources for team members
      - Support leadership by analyzing People data and providing actionable insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of relevant HR/People experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a startup or technology organization
      - Experience supporting a remote-first, global team of 100+ employees
      - Proficiency with HRIS systems such as HiBob and performance management tools like Leapsome
      - Strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills across various platforms (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exposure to crypto or Web3 environments
      - Familiarity with on-chain basics, including wallets, transactions, and tokens
      - Technical curiosity in AI tools, automation, and light scripting
      - Previous experience in operational roles with some HRBP responsibilities
