      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets for summer office operations
      - File paperwork, scan documents, and organize supplies as needed
      - Create various documents and flyers to support program activities
      - Assist with checking and refueling the summer van fleet
      - Complete other assigned tasks to support the Summer Office Team Supervisors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in good standing for summer or fall classes
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software
      - Must be available to work weekends during June 2026-July 2026
      - Must possess a Wisconsin Driver’s License for at least 3 years (preferred)
      - Must satisfy a criminal background check and successfully complete I-9 verification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish, Hmong, and Mandarin)
      - Experience in an educational or administrative support role
      - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
      - Positive and helpful attitude in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
