What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact program partners to solidify event details
- Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets
- File paperwork and organize supplies
- Create various documents and flyers
- Facilitate events with high school students
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student and in good standing for Summer or Fall 2026 classes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software
- Highly organized and energized
- Must be available to work late evening shifts and weekends
- Satisfy a criminal background check, complete I-9 verification, and complete compliance training before starting the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of event planning and implementation
- Wisconsin Driver's License (or other states) for at least 3 years
- Bilingual (Spanish, Hmong, Mandarin) preferred
- Knowledge of event preparation, implementation, and facilitation
- Ability to take initiative and work independently on projects
