What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support optimization of HRIS systems, primarily focusing on Workday
- Configure and maintain Workday security groups
- Provide support in the development of requirements for integrations
- Act as a liaison between users and People Systems & Analytics
- Ensure data integrity within the Workday ecosystem
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Workday
- Workday Pro HCM Certification required
- Advanced security administration and configuration experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Pro Security Certification or certification in additional areas of specialty
- Familiarity with SQL and ability to execute basic data extractions
- Experience in managing Workday modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Learning, Talent, and Recruiting
- Proven project management capabilities
- Skilled in facilitating Workday system enhancements
